I was initially a tenant of MARTIN and was extremely impressed by the way I was treated by the entire office. I have had experience of tenants being treated as second classs citizens but at MARTIN I was treated as if I was a landlord.
My second experience with MARTIN was in purchasing a property and the entire process could not have been smoother and I could not have been happier with the result. Having a dog we had to be careful that strata would allow animals and the salespeople at MARTIN made sure all of this was taken care of prior to me purchasing the apartment.

(b) we were really impressed by David’s affable and believable personality, and his professional outlook and approach. We got advice from David at our first meeting as to what we should do in order to get the property ready for sale. We actioned that advice, had our professional photos taken by David’s photographer, and had our adverts loaded up onto the various internet sites within 1 week of our first meeting.
My husband and I are both lawyers and we ask a lot from the people that we retain to provide services to us. MARTIN met our expectations, and we would definitely use them again to sell or buy properties for us in this area.
